About MBD
Message Bird Designs is nestled on the edge of the Wombat State Forest in Victoria, Australia and was launched in 2013, starting as an invitation design service. MBD is now a Graphic Design Studio which has grown significantly over the years, mainly by word of mouth. MBD now produces corporate branding, logo design, flyers, brochures, illustration, advertising and more.
Hi, I'm Dianne!
A freelance Graphic Designer, creating meaningful branding and design for small businesses.
I've worked with a variety of clients ranging from news publications, medical clinics, real estate agencies, cafes and B&Bs. It's a joy meeting businesses and collaborating with them to create a brand that speaks their true style.
Watching a business bloom is very rewarding, and I'm so glad that I have the opportunity to be part of the process. To me, sharing my knowledge of design is sometimes key in allowing the client to understand where their visual graphics needs to be and how it can work for their business.
When I'm not in my studio, I enjoy forest walks, I'm so lucky to have the forest at the end of my street. When I'm stuck on ideas for a project, listening to the tunes of the birds, the rustling of the trees, can put me in a relaxed frame of mind and the creativity can emerge, gaining inspiration from the colours and textures in nature can lead to them being incorporating it in my designs.
